Kawa parzona? Parzucha? Kawa mielona? Wysmakowane podniebienia kawowe powiedzą, że podanie takiej kawy to obciach. Inni twierdzą, że nie można kupić dobrej kawy mielonej. My uważamy inaczej! Kawa do szolki (po śląsku szklanki) to wielki powrót tradycyjnej parzuchy.
Jesteś fanem standardowej metody zaparzania kawy w kubku? A może dużo podróżujesz, nie masz młynka i chcesz napić się wyśmienitej kawy w pokoju hotelowym, na kempingu czy w trasie (oczywiście w termosie)? Przychodzimy z pomocą! Kawa mielona - Szolka (po śląsku szklanka) to moc aromatu i smaku zamknięta w niewielkiej, 250 gramowej paczce.
Jest to nasz ukłon w stronę tradycjonalistów. Polska klasyka, z nowoczesnym twistem. Jest to mieszanka kawy stworzona przede wszystkim do przygotowania tzw. parzuchy. Starannie dobrana kompozycja ziaren arabiki pochodzącej z Brazylii oraz indyjskiej robusty zachwyci każdego Kawoluba. Zbalansowany smak, delikatna kwasowość, szlachetna goryczka. W kawie do szolki wyczuć możesz orzechy, czekoladę.

Kawa mielona – kawa do Szolki

Doskonale zdajemy sobie sprawę z tego, że codzienne mielenie kawy w domu czy w podróży może być problematyczne. Wychodząc temu naprzeciw stworzyliśmy mieszankę kawy mielonej, która idealnie nadaje się do zaparzania w ulubionym kubku lub we french pressie. Istotną role odgrywa tutaj kilka czynników. Po pierwsze świeżość wypału i mielenia. Naszą kawę do Szolki palimy na świeżo i niemal od razu mielimy, zamykając cały aromat i smak w szczelnym opakowaniu z zaworkiem zwrotnym. Po drugie, odpowiednie proporcje arabiki do robusty i stopień palenia. Kawa do Szolki to kompozycja 90% arabiki oraz 20% robusty, czyli nasz klasyk pod espresso. Dodaj mleka, ulubionego syropu lub wypij klasyczną, czarną kawę.
